Hi fairies,
It’s the
end of October and it’s time to find out how many products I ran out of; this
month there aren’t many, I hope they will be more next month and I hope there
will be more makeup products to erase from my project 10 pan!
Let’s have
a look at my empties: I ran out of two shampoos, they’re both Garnier Fructis,
one is citrus detox and the other one is menthol fresh, I liked them both even
though I prefer citrus detox one because it’s not aggressive and it leaves my
hair soft, shiny and frizz free!
I ran out
of my favourite face cleanser and scrub, Garnier pure active 3 in 1 , here you
can read my full review, and if I remember correctly it’s not the first time
you see it among my empties, so I won’t say much about it, just that it keeps
my skin shine free, it cleanse it deeply and it minimizes pores. I use it daily
and my pores never clog, my skin doesn’t get oily as fast as it would if I
didn’t cleanse it with this amazing product, needless to say I’m going to
repurchase it, it’s been part of my skin care routine for years!
There’s
always a the body shop body butter in my empties’ box, and this month it’s one
of my favourite, the coconut shimmer body butter! I love it because it smells
amazing, a mix between coconut and vanilla, very summery and tropical, and also
because there’s a lot of shimmer in it that goes on your skin and it makes it
shine and glow all day! It transfers to clothes but I don’t mind, I have to say
it’s extremely longlasting!
I tried a
sample of Guam body butter and I liked it, it gets absorbed fast, it’s very
thick and moisturizing but it’s not greasy, the only down side, in my opinion,
is its smell: it reminds me of baby rash treatment cream, I can’t say it’s unpleasant,
it’s just weird to me.
Another the
body shop skin care lotion I ran out of is the Fijian water lotus one, I will
write a full review soon, I loved it !
I also ran
out of a hand cream, the Body shop Vanilla bliss hand cream that came out last
year with Christmas limited editions and I purchased it few months ago when it
was on sale because I love vanilla scent and I thought a vanilla hand cream
would have been awesome! I was right, it totally was, it smelled amazing, it
was moisturizing and not greasy, and I’m happy they have now launched many
different hand cream flavors, I’m going to try all my favourite ones!
I want to
mention a The world of beauty Cel Body cream sample, of course I can’t say
whether it’s effective in getting rid of cellulite , all I can say is it’s a
classic anti cellulite cream that stimulates microcirculation by a warming
effect. I wish they wrote about it, because I really don’t like the feeling and
I’d like to be at least ready for that!
Let’s move
on to hair care with a product I first received for testing, here you can read
my review, and I repurchased after using the whole tube, it’s L’oreal sunkiss
lightening gel, and I love it! It’s easy to apply, you just comb it through
damp hair and you’ll dry it by hair drying or you’ll let it air dry, and you’ll
see results from the first time you use it! The result is very natural and
subtle but you can tell your hair is lighter, I’m very pleased with this
product and I’ll keep using it!
Another
product I’ve been very impressed with and I already repurchased is Kiko antiage
eye cream: it was my first time using it, and I have to say I love it! I’ll
post a review soon where I’ll give you details, all I can say now is that I
could definitely see my skin smoother and firmer, it fills in fine lines, it
moisturizes my undereye area, you can also feel a tingling sensation after you
patted it in and I think that’s the reason why it works so well! It really is a
great eye contour cream, way better than what I expected!
Last
products are a Kiko nail polish in number 340, and kiko 3 in 1 shine fortifying
base and top coat, both already repurchased!
They were
actually a lot of products, that’s it for this month, see you next one with

Siamo alla fine di ottobre, ed è il momento di scoprire
quanti e quali prodotti ho finito durante il mese! Non sono tantissimi, spero
che siano di più il mese prossimo, così da poterli cancellare dalla lista del
mio progetto di smaltimento!
Iniziamo a dare un’occhiata ai miei prodotti finiti: ho
finito due shampoo, entrambi Garnier Fructis , uno è citrus detox e l’altro
è menthol fresh e mi sono piaciuti
entrambi, ma se dovessi scegliere opterei per il citrus detox perché è delicato
e mi lascia i capelli morbidi, lucenti ed elimina l’effetto crespo!
Ho terminato il mio
detergente viso preferito, il Garnier pure active 3 in 1 di cui potete leggere
la mia recensione completa qui, e se non ricordo male non è la prima volta che
compare tra i miei prodotti finiti, quindi non ripeterò tutte le
caratteristiche che me lo fanno amare, dirò solo che mantiene la mia pelle
opaca, la pulisce a fondo e minimizza i pori. Lo uso tutti i giorni e i miei
pori sono sempre puliti, la mia pelle rimane opaca più a lungo di quanto non
farebbe senza l’aiuto di questo prodotto, e non credo ci sia bisogno di dire
che lo ricomprerò, ormai fa parte della mia routine quotidiana di pulizia del
viso da anni!
C’è sempre un burro corpo di the Body Shop tra i miei
prodotti finiti, e questo mese ho usato uno dei miei preferiti in assoluto, il
burro corpo scintillante al cocco, che amo sia per il profumo paradisiaco, un
misto tra l’odore del cocco e quello della vaniglia, prettamente estivo e
tropicale, e sia perché è molto luminoso e dona alla pelle riflessi scintillanti
che durano tutto il giorno! Le particelle luminose si trasferiscono sui
vestiti, ma a me non dà fastidio,diciamo che una delle sue caratteristiche è
quella di essere a lunga durata!
Ho usato un campioncino di burro corpo della marca Guam e mi
è piaciuto, è di rapido assorbimento, è corposo ma non unge, l’unico lato
negativo, secondo me, è l’odore: mi ricorda l’odore delle creme anti
arrossamento per bambini, che di per sé non è un profumo sgradevole, ma mi
sembra strano ritrovarlo in un burro corpo.
Ho anche terminato la lozione corpo di the Body shop al
fijian water lotus, di cui scriverò una recensione a breve, e che mi è piaciuta
tantissimo!
Ho finito anche una crema mani , la crema mani all’estasi di
vaniglia, una delle edizioni limitate del natale scorso ,che ho comprato solo
qualche mese fa quando era in saldo, perché adoro il profumo di vaniglia e
l’idea di una crema mani che profumasse di vaniglia mi era subito sembrata
eccezionale! Avevo ragione, aveva un profumo meraviglioso,era idratante ma non
appiccicosa, e sono contenta che the body shop abbia lanciato creme mani in
diverse profumazioni, proverò tutte le mie preferite!
Ho voluto includere tra i prodotti finiti anche un
campioncino di crema anticellulite di the world of beauty, anche se ovviamente
non sono in grado di dire se è efficace o meno, posso solo dire che è una
classica crema anticellulite che stimola la micro circolazione con un effetto
caldo, e mi piacerebbe che venisse scritto sulla confezione, perché non lo amo
particolarmente e almeno posso prepararmi psicologicamente! L’effetto sorpresa
è ancora più fastidioso!
Per quanto riguarda la cura dei capelli , ho finito un
prodotto che ricevetti dall’azienda e di cui potete leggere la recensione qui, e che ho poi ricomprato una volta usato il
primo tubo, questo è infatti il secondo, e si tratta del gel schiarente l’oreal
sunkiss, con cui mi trovo benissimo! Si applica sui capelli bagnati e lo si
distribuisce uniformemente con l’aiuto di un pettine, e poi si asciugano i
capelli col phon o al sole, come si preferisce, e già dalla prima applicazione
si vedono i risultati! L’effetto è molto naturale e delicato, ma allo stesso
tempo è visibile, a me piace moltissimo e continuerò ad usarlo!
Un altro prodotto che mi ha favorevolmente colpita e che ho
già ricomprato è la crema contorno occhi anti età di Kiko: presto scriverò una
recensione completa in cui vi illustrerò tutti i suoi pregi e i suoi difetti,
per ora posso dirvi è che ho notato che la mia pelle è decisamente più levigata
e più soda, le rughette di espressione vengono riempite, la zona contorno occhi
viene idratata, e dopo averla picchiettata sentirete una sensazione di calore ,
che credo sia la ragione per cui il prodotto è così efficace! È un’ottima crema
contorno occhi, mi ha stupita!
Gli ultimi prodotti terminati del mese sono due smalti Kiko,
uno è il numero 340, e l’altro è uno dei top coat che uso abitualmente, il kiko
3 in 1 shine fortifying base and top coat, ed ho già ricomprato entrambi!
È tutto per questo mese, ci vediamo il prossimo con altri
prodotti finiti!
